Chocolate Chia Pudding

The humble chia seed, in all it's superfood glory, is brought to the next level in this pudding

2 tbsp Chia Seeds // 1 cup soymilk // 1 tbsp cocoa powder // 1 tbsp jam of choice* 

Mix all and refrigerate until thick, about 2 hours. Top with pomegranate seeds and a sliced nectarine just to boost the superfood content a little bit more.

*I used a natural raspberry jam that only contained raspberries, water and pectin. But anything you have on hand should do the job! It sweetens you pudding so no additional sweetener is actually necessary
