Savoy Cabbage Chips

3 Leaves of Savoy Chips // salt, to taste // nutritional yeast (optional) // coconut oil, or any other oil

Cut leaves into small rectangles, drizzle and toss with oil and salt (and yeast, if using) put in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 3 minutes, removing the bowl every 30s to shake the leaves about (this prevents them from burning). total time may vary depending on your microwave, so I can't guarantee the exact time, but I can guarantee they taste fab! they do crisp up slightly as they cool, but they usually never last that long
