Raw Chocolate Bars

Please let me apologise beforehand on how easy this recipe is. You will want to make it every day. Vegan, homemade chocolate, every day.
You should be thanking me, really.

(Hoppy Easter!)

1/4 cup cocoa powder (cacao if raw) // 1/4 cup coconut oil, liquid but not hot // drop of vanilla extract // 3 tbsp agave syrup // optional stir ins and toppings such as goji berries, nuts, cocoa nibs, go wild!

Stir all together until well mixed then spread into a container lined with greaseproof paper, I used a tupperware for packed lunches. It was the perfect size! However if you double (or triple!) this recipe you could use a baking tray.
Then refrigerate until firm, and keep it in the fridge when you are not eating it!
